    For nearly 15 years, Kim Morrow has partnered with boutique firms and Fortune 500 companies to build capacity and enhance performance at all levels of the organization. Her industry experience spans financial services, professional services, IT, media and advertising.     Our Process

    Every organization has its own culture and its own set of challenges. We work closely with leadership to uncover the core obstacles and then through a process of interviews, collaborative process design and well executed facilitation, support each team to reach their desired results.

     
     

    Stage I - Discovery:

    Through a collaborative process, we begin with one on one interviews to uncover and discover the real issues in the group. These interviews also help to build trust and relationships with participants.

    Stage II - Design and Delivery:

    We pull on 20 years of tools and experiences with teams and individuals to create an agenda that meets the specific needs of your group. Our experiences are interactive, high energy and meant to engage everyone on the room.

     
     

    Stage III - Follow-up:

    Our experience shows us that clients who choose to do a one-time offsite strengthen their culture and clients who choose to follow on from the momentum generated at the offsite have profound shifts in their effectiveness. 
    Depending on your needs, we will work closely to create an effective follow-up offering. This could include follow-up surveys, leadership coaching and additional workshops to meet the new needs of the team.
